Denise and Dan are about to get married and love adventure. Their house hunt in Cherry Hill, New Jersey is their biggest adventure yet. On a $250,000 budget, they need an extra bedroom to store their outdoor gear plus another for a home office. They find three that fit the bill, but none is perfect. The first house has the perfect kitchen, but is on a busy street. The second offers a fourth bedroom, but needs updating. The third is move in ready, but will need a new furnace.

On a recent afternoon, in the wine cellar of Caffe Aldo Lamberti in Cherry Hill, a scene unfolded which would have given great delight to every adult who hopes to never have another meal torpedoed by unmannerly kids.
Seated around a table, dressed in what adults might call "business casual" were children who ranged in age from 7 to 13, all of them also decked out in hats, jewelry and other grown-up props supplied by a soft-spoken woman with the manner of a caring friend.
That woman, Hilary Brennan, has launched Socially Savvy, a company dedicated to civility not just for adults, but also for children. And on this afternoon, her mission was simple: She was hoping to show the children who were in her tutelage for two short hours that manners can actually be fun in a class called Dynamic Dining: Hip Etiquette for Boys and Girls.
